Peninsula Marketplace

The Peninsula Marketplace project in Huntington Beach, California, consisted of targeted site improvements designed to enhance access and security throughout the active shopping center. The scope included the construction of new steel fencing, vehicular gates, a pedestrian gate, and associated structural footings near the existing Shops C and Planet Fitness areas. Improvements were carefully coordinated to maintain required fire department access, accessible paths of travel, and ongoing tenant operations while integrating the new improvements into the existing site.
