Mission Hills Shopping Center

Bergman completed a multi-phase exterior renovation of Mission Hills Shopping Center, modernizing the existing retail center with extensive façade and site improvements. The project included new architectural tower elements, stucco finishes and exterior paint, upgraded exterior and site lighting, and improvements to existing building façades.

Site enhancements included new landscaping and planter areas, parking lot resurfacing and restriping, driveway modifications, accessibility improvements, and new and renovated trash enclosures. Construction was carefully phased to maintain access to the shopping center and allow existing tenants to remain operational throughout the renovation.
