The Riverside Adrenaline Sports Resort is a ±130-acre destination designed to deliver a premier adventure experience. Featuring whitewater rafting, inland surf, and a range of action sports, it creates a unique recreational hub for both visitors and residents.

Planned as a mixed-use development, the project also includes residential components and complementary retail, such as a much-needed grocery store, to support long-term community growth. Bergman is leading the development effort, managing consultants and collaborating with stakeholders to bring this vision to life with a cohesive and well-executed approach.
