Being able to share what we do and the people who make it happen is one of the most rewarding parts of participating in programs like Camp NAWIC.

We gave these young women a behind-the-scenes look at an active construction project and the people, planning, and teamwork that bring it all together. It was a pleasure to answer their questions, share our experiences, and hopefully spark interest in the many career paths construction has to offer.
