Serving as development manager and lead for pre-construction services, our team has supported the project through its transformation, helping refine its identity and execution. Anchored by the Endless Surf ES‑48 wave technology, the development is envisioned as an iconic destination and a natural extension of the broader Coral Mountain community.

The experience will center around  a curated, remote beach environment complemented by supporting amenities, including a surf center, restaurant, changing facilities, and restrooms—delivering a unique blend of lifestyle, recreation, and destination-driven design.
