Marugame Udon

Bergman Build completed the 3,320 SF tenant improvement for Marugame Udon at Tawa Marketplace in Rowland Heights, California. The buildout transformed an existing commercial space into a new restaurant featuring Marugame Udon’s recognizable open-kitchen dining concept.

The scope included new partitions and ceilings, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, restrooms, kitchen and food-service areas, and interior finishes. Warm wood elements, Japanese-inspired pendant lighting, polished concrete floors, and the restaurant’s signature red accents create a welcoming dining environment while the open kitchen puts the preparation of fresh udon and tempura at the center of the guest experience.
