This project consists of a retail tenant improvement for the Fossil Outlet store at Citadel Outlets, featuring a refreshed sales floor layout, new merchandising fixtures, upgraded lighting, custom millwork displays, enhanced cashwrap and personalization areas, and updated back-of-house support spaces. The renovation modernizes the shopping experience while aligning the store with Fossil’s latest outlet design standards.
