Florida Gateway College

This project consists of the ground-up construction of the Grace & Al Harter Center for Innovation, a two-story educational facility located on the Florida Gateway College campus. Phase one includes approximately 9,700–10,000 SF featuring two classrooms, two faculty offices, and 10 state-of-the-art nursing simulation suites on the first floor, with second-floor shell space for future build-out. The scope also includes site improvements such as sidewalks and utility connections, supporting the integration of the new facility into the existing campus infrastructure. Designed to support STEM and healthcare education, the project enhances the college’s ability to train the next generation of professionals in North Central Florida.
