Five Below

This project consisted of the complete tenant improvement of an approximately 9,331-square-foot Five Below retail store located within Surprise Towne Center in Surprise, Arizona. The scope included selective demolition, construction of a new sales floor, cashwrap, stockroom, employee support areas, ADA-compliant restrooms, and installation of new merchandising fixtures, gondola shelving, interior finishes, and ceiling systems. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were upgraded to support the new retail layout, while exterior improvements included storefront enhancements and new branded signage. Completed within an active shopping center, the project delivered a modern retail environment consistent with Five Below’s national prototype standards.
