Bergman Construction successfully delivered a 15-location rollout program for DoorDash's Dash Mart concept, transforming existing commercial suites into fully operational fulfillment centers. The scope of work at each location included selective demolition, HVAC modifications and duct distribution, lighting upgrades, electrical panel improvements, and the installation of new rooftop units to support warehouse operations. Project sizes ranged from approximately 5,000 to 10,000 square feet, demonstrating Bergman's ability to execute consistent, multi-site programs with efficiency and precision.
