The City of McAllen, Texas reimagined the historic Boeye Reservoir into a vibrant recreational destination, transforming the 6-acre basin into a modern environment while preserving its natural character, inlets, and sense of adventure.

Surrounded by 65 acres of mixed-use development, including restaurants, shops, and entertainment, this project creates a dynamic, experience-driven destination that enhances both tourism and everyday life. Bergman provided comprehensive development management, overseeing consultant coordination and partnering closely with the City to successfully bring the vision to life.
