Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Parking Structure

As part of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills’ campus expansion, Bergman Development Services delivered a five-level, approximately 200,000 square foot cast-in-place concrete parking structure providing over 569 stalls to serve both the church congregation and the new K–12 private school. Designed as S2 Occupancy, Type IIB Construction and fully sprinklered, the structure features a signature tower with arched detailing and ornamental screen work at the ground floor, establishing a campus-consistent architectural identity. Bergman coordinated entitlements, City of Chino permitting, and multi-discipline construction delivery to bring this long-term campus asset to completion.
