Beyond Food Mart

This project is a ground-up development of a 24-hour convenience store, Sonny’s Car Wash, and 76 Fuel Station in Eastvale, CA. The scope includes full sitework, underground utilities, fuel tank installation, concrete foundations and slabs, wood and steel building structures, aluminum glazing, waterproofed building envelopes, decorative canopies, and complete interior build-out with MEP systems, food service equipment, refrigeration, finishes, lighting, and fire alarm systems. The site also features EV charging, signage, exterior paving, 16 fuel pumps, and a high-capacity car wash system capable of serving 30–40 cars per hour.
