American Response Medical

This 2,986 SF tenant improvement project for American Medical Response in Payson, Arizona modernized an existing facility to better support emergency response operations. The scope included demolition and interior reconfiguration to add crew rooms, a new accessible shower room, laundry and kitchen upgrades, improved storage areas, and updated finishes. Additional work included site improvements, installation of a new NFPA 13-R fire sprinkler system, electrical upgrades, and a new ambulance canopy with integrated power connections for emergency vehicles.
