Eli Gorton brings more than a dozen years of experience in the AEC industry to Bergman Development Services. He began his career as an architectural apprentice in Palm Desert, working on industrial tenant improvement projects before moving into project engineering and construction project management for campus improvement projects at the University of Southern California.
Since joining Bergman in 2025, Eli has combined his architectural and construction experience to support project planning, design development, and client presentations. His technical artistry and field experience help him turn complex project information into detailed 3D environments, giving clients, consultants, and contractors a clearer view of design intent, potential challenges, and possible solutions before construction begins.
Eli uses BIM modeling and real-time interactive technologies to create immersive, informative project experiences. His work includes clash detection, lighting studies, landscape and material selections, planning exhibits, and photorealistic renderings.
Outside of work, Eli enjoys sim racing, dirt bike racing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors. His competitive spirit, curiosity, and focus on precision carry into both his professional work and personal interests.
